Y’all Need to Relax!

Raise your hand (or quietly nod) if you are feeling
any of these things right now?

STRESS. PRESSURE. FEAR. ANXIETY. SELF DOUBT. DEPRESSION. STRAIN. EXHAUSTION.

Now that we all look a little silly with our hands raised way up in the air while nodding quietly but fervently at our phones… know that YOU are not alone.

“Y’all Need to Relax” was born out of road rage.

While deciding what decal to make and put on the back of her car, Robyn asked, “what do the people around me need to know?” and thus, a desire to get the drivers of I35 to calm the f down was born. At the time, we didn’t plan to take it further… but that quickly changed and is now our mission for 2020.

Y’all Need to Relax is more than a cute little logo, it’s a call to action for all people to make time for their health and well-being. It’s a direct invitation to YOU to find more joy in daily life and actively practice reducing stress. Ideally through any of our awesome wellness-based services, but finding what works for you.

YOU KNOW THE SPIEL:

DRINK MORE WATER. EXERCISE REGULARLY. DO THINGS THAT MAKE US HAPPY.
REDUCE STRESS. EAT OUR VEGGIES.

But, are we doing that?

I know that I, Jessie Bishop, consume more coffee than water.
I watch more T.V. than I do yoga.
And somehow, despite working for one of the most relaxing places in North Texas, do little-to-nothing to reduce my stress.
But, I eat my veggies daily, so there’s that.

I NEED TO RELAX.

So join me, join Robyn, join Pure Synergy in a year of intentional relaxation, stress reduction, and all over chilled out-ness. Give yoga a try, get a massage, get a facial, get some professional counselling, get in touch with your spiritual self all at Pure Synergy Wellness & Movement.

HERE’S TO 2020
MAY IT BE LESS OF A DUMPSTER FIRE THAN 2019
