This yoga class is DESIGNED for kiddos. So, there will be mindfulness and breath-work as well as giggles, stories, and movement!
YOGA FOR TEENS (13-17)
Every Mon & wed at 12 pm in June & July
This yoga class is DESIGNED for teens. So, there will be mindfulness and breath-work as well as confidence building, simple anatomy, and movement!
Get unlimited access to all of these classes for $100 or drop in to classes for only $12 each.

In this hour and a half workshop, we will chat about what to expect in a yoga class, the terms or phrases that your instructor might use, the background of yoga and how to apply it to your life - on and off the mat!
