Yoga Nidra is an ancient sleep based meditation practice that combines breath, body awareness, and intention to relax the mind and body. The practice can be preformed by anyone who can comfortably lie flat on their back and breathe for 45 minutes. It is safe for all ages and physical abilities.
Please wear comfortable and appropriate clothing, there will be no posing or exercise, just deep rest and relaxation. Loose fitting and athletic attire is recommended.
