Group Classes for Every Body

Our classes are alignment based and small, perfect for learning, not just trying to follow along.

If you feel nervous to start your yoga practice, come on by and we will show you around the space and answer any questions that you may have!

What do i wear?

Being comfortable is important for every class. We encourage form fitted clothing to allow for the instructor to see your alignment. Bare feet are preferred, socks with grip are allowed. Please no street shoes on the mats.

i’m new! What’s a good beginner class?

All of our classes are beginner friendly! We strive to help everyone feel welcome and successful on their mat with small class sizes and pose breakdowns to ensure a safe practice with proper alignment. If it’s your first time, second time, or even 100th time to class, please take a moment to chat with your instructor about any injuries, or concerns you may have.

WHAT DO I bring?

You’re welcome to bring your own mat! We do provide mats, blocks, bolsters, and towels for use Please help us keep these free by taking cleaning the mats after use.

How should I prepare for class?

Arrive to class 5-10 minutes early to prepare for class. Preparation includes: turning off your cell phone, using the restroom before class (to avoid having to leave during the class), quietly sitting on your mat preparing mentally for the class to start.

Do not eat immediately before class, and be sure to hydrate well before coming to the studio!
