All of our classes are beginner friendly! We strive to help everyone feel welcome and successful on their mat with small class sizes and breaking down each pose to ensure a safe practice with proper alignment. If it’s your first time, second time, or even 100th time to class, please take a moment to chat with your instructor about any injuries, or concerns you may have. They are here for YOU!
