6 Week Yoga Boot Camp
Yoga Boot Camp is a combination of yoga + HIIT training + the fuel your body needs to express its healthiest form. Join us for 6 weeks too learn the optimal fuel for your body and gentle fitness that will help your body cleanse itself, build strength, increase flexibility, and lose weight.
Yoga Boot Camp is designed for the busiest in mind. Digital classes available for those unable to attend.
This program is $497 ($422 for Members) and includes:
- Unlimited Access to Regularly Scheduled Yoga & Pilates Classes
- Weekly Meet-Up Yoga Class on Thursdays at 10:30am
- Weekly Meal Planning
- One 60-minute Massage
- Wellness Consultation with Audrey Christie

Chair yoga is perfect for those that prefer a chair (rather than the floor) as their main seat and feature modifications for every-body. With a chair or two for support, chair yoga will challenge the body and mind through strengthening, stretching, relaxing and breathing. Join us to improve flexibility and muscle tone as your body, mind, and spirit work together.

Pay $20 per class or a 4 class pass for $65
6 WEEK YOUNG YOGI CLASS SERIES
Ages 2-6 - In this 30-minute imagination fueled class, children will experience yoga through age appropriate movement, crafts, songs, and stories. Children will have fun while also developing motor skills, confidence, and self-regulation.
Ages 6+ This is a 30-minute class for kids to work on coordination, strength, and flexibility in a non-competitive and fun environment. Children will have the opportunity to develop self-respect and social skills by practicing various poses, playing games, and reading stories.

Cost is $20 per class or all 6 for $100
This six week series begins January 15th and will meet Mondays at 6:30pm (2-6) and 7:15pm (6+)
4 WEEK PRENATAL YOGA SERIES
Connect with your body and your unborn child during this exciting, yet stressful time. Prenatal yoga uses gentle poses for flexibility, strength and relaxation and is designed to accommodate a pregnant woman’s rapidly changing body
