Young Yogi Classes
Ages 2-6 - In this 30-minute imagination fueled class, children will experience yoga through age appropriate movement, crafts, songs, and stories. Children will have fun while also developing motor skills, confidence, and self-regulation.
Ages 6+ This is a 45-minute class for kids to work on coordination, strength, and flexibility in a non-competitive and fun environment. Children will have the opportunity to develop self-respect and social skills by practicing various poses, playing games, and reading stories.
Monday nights at 6:30pm and 7:15pm

Chair yoga is perfect for those that prefer a chair (rather than the floor) as their main seat and feature modifications for every-body. With a chair or two for support, chair yoga will challenge the body and mind through strengthening, stretching, relaxing and breathing. Join us to improve flexibility and muscle tone as your body, mind, and spirit work together.
