Appointment Cancellation Policy

12 Hour notice required – Appointments cancelled within 12 hours of the appointment will result in a $25 cancellation fee charged to the card on file. If there is not a card on file, a note will be placed on the account and the $25 fee will be charged at the next appointment.

 

Event Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds on workshop registrations that are cancelled.

We understand that life happens, and will offer a credit on your account for workshops cancelled within 24 hours of the event.

 

Membership Cancellation Policy

Option 1 – Immediate Cancellation: Pay the monthly rate and cancel appointment immediately.

Option 2 – Pay the monthly rate on the upcoming scheduled date and retain full member benefits until that day.

 

Scheduling Requirements

Appointments or packages totaling $125 or more will require a ½ down deposit in order to be scheduled.
