Kristen feels strongly that yoga is not just about the poses, but about good mental health, connecting deeper and being a force of positive change in the community. Her teaching approach is playful, authentic and accessible to everybody. Any person can practice yoga - in a chair, on blocks, with straps and bolsters - and with patience and self-love. Yoga and Reiki have helped her overcome a chronic illness in her past. She loves Reiki, as it calms her body down for deep healing. She is excited to also bring yoga to prenatal and postnatal students, helping mothers and families.
