Get off on the right foot! This class is truly for the beginner. Foundations of basic postures and breathing techniques will be instructed at a pace needed by the students in class. Modifications for poses will be offered. Questions and discussion may be included as needed.
ALIGN & FLOW *
This workshop-style class focuses on stability to mobility. Learning correct alignment will help us understand each pose, why we practice it, and how to flow.
EXPRESS FLOW *
Sometimes you just need a break in your day to get over a crazy morning and appreciate the rest of your day. This 45 minute class will vary in class type, but will always help you flow through your day.
The goal of mindfulness meditation is not to about making us different than we already are. Different methods and props maybe used to enhance your meditation experience, including focused attention meditation, guided meditation, chakra therapy, sound therapy, essential oils and more based on the instructor.
POWER YOGA **
Get to work in this kick butt yoga class that will push you (and every muscle in your body) to your edge, and then a little farther. This class requires strength and some yoga knowledge.
SLOW FLOW *
Movement is key. This 60 minute slow flow class will have you in consistent motion, but with an emphasis on alignment and proper breathing. Speed and pose difficulty can vary based on instructor.
SUNRISE YOGA *
Sunrise Yoga will invigorate the body and create a peaceful center to prepare you for the day’s events ahead. We recommend that students seeking to take these classes feel confident, safe, and strong throughout classic sun salutations.
RESTORE & RELAX*
It's okay to let go. Our restorative yoga class starts with a gentle warmup followed by a series of simple, supported poses held for a long time under the right conditions (including the use of many props) to tip the balance from “fight or flight” mode into maximum relaxation.
YOGA CORE **
Come get strong with us for this in this class that combines the power of breath with core building yoga poses. Leave feeling strong, yet calm. Mixed level, some yoga experience helpful.
MAT PILATES *
Looking to strengthen from the inside out? Mat Pilates is the perfect addition to any your yoga practice. This is a conditioning fitness class that focuses on body alignment and breathing. The exercises cover all core powerhouse muscle groups: abdominals, lower back, shoulders, thighs and gluteals.
ULTIMATE PILATES **
This class takes your Mat Pilates practice up a notch! By combining the principles of Mat Pilates exercises and adding challenges that incorporate resistance bands, balls, Pilates rings, and light weights this class increases the calories burned and tones your body head to toe without you ever leaving your mat!
GENTLE YOGA * priced separately
Do you need a little extra attention? This class is designed specifically for those recovering from injury, stroke and many other ailments. We will utilize many props, including chair and the wall to allow participants to comfortably move into postures.
PRENATAL YOGA * priced separately
Connect with your body and your unborn child during this exciting, yet stressful time. Prenatal yoga uses gentle poses for flexibility, strength and relaxation and is designed to accommodate a pregnant woman’s rapidly changing body.
YOUNG YOGI * priced separately
Children are born to move, but not necessarily with mindfulness, breath control or knowing how to do a downward facing dog. We help with that. Young Yogi classes are educational and inspiring. They are held as series, with specific ages and always with a fun theme.
